Blizzard

We've had snow, snow and more snow...once again Daddy had a big helper, good thing because I think he helped blow out half our block!

Spidey-Santa?
Gavin loves to dress up...this would be a combo of his Santa pj's, spiderman mask and SWAT team leg band (that doesn't around his waist so we put it around his tummy!). Sometimes you have to get creative when you are stuck inside in the winter! I was chasing him around the house trying to get pictures
G thinks he needs his OWN computer...he could watch Dora all day long then!

Future swimsuit model? We've taken the kids swimming at the Y a few times and M loves it!

I'm cute and I know it...

finally...some shoes fit my little feet!

Such a Big Girl

Maddie continues to grow like a little weed...we love her chubby little cheeks and thighs!

Not sure where she gets this flexibility soon...but it makes me laugh every time!

That smile just melts me

She doesn't stay still for long...she likes to roll onto her tummy, but then gets frustrated once she gets there.

The easiest way for Daddy to do Maddie's hair is to just cover it up!

Time for cereal...

really...I was waiting for THAT?

I'm pretty sure that beer has to taste better than rice cereal :)

November Fun

November brought lots of holiday preparations to the Krusemark house! The holidays are so much more fun when you have kids...they excitement just seems to multiply.
A new use for our "stockings"

Just like Daddy

We got a LOT of snow in November...Dinosaur Gavin was a big helper shoveling the snow

Adventures in potty training still continue...so we'll do pretty much whatever it takes to get him to go!

My Baby is 4 Months!

Neither Maddie or I can believe it...she's 4 months old already!

Our big girl is so much fun most of the time...there is nothing infant about this baby anymore! She loves to play under her play mat, sit in her exersaucer or bumbo or sit in her bouncer as long as you don't leave her anywhere for too long! She also has started rolling from her back to her tummy and then gets mad because she doesn't like to be on her tummy! She also wants to know what's going on all the time.

Really could you say no to that smile?

Madeline is chewing on everything and drooling all over everything (including her toes)

For some reason all of a sudden Miss Maddie who slept through the night for 5+ weeks has decided she needs some night time attention and milk :( Mom's not a fan, hopefully this phase will pass quickly!

So big...and so long, she's outgrowing all of her clothes!

We had Maddie's 4 month appt on Friday, Dr. P think she's perfect (just what every mom wants to hear).

She weighed 13 pounds, 6 ounces - 40% and is 25 1/2 inches tall (80%)!
G was 13 lbs, 14 ounces and 25 inches at 4 months!

She got 3 shots...which of course made both of us sad

But her biggest surprise came in her pants while we were in the waiting room...

Total blowout...before we even saw the doctor we were on outfit #2 :)

Halloween

The Cutest Shark and Butterfly I've ever seen :)

We started our Halloween Festivities at the Como Zoo Boo! Gavin had a blast trick-or-treating through the zoo! Maddie had a blowout in the car on the way there, so after being changed in the trunk she wore her jammies through the zoo.

They had different themes set up through the zoo and over 200 characters!

and different games
needless to say, G wasn't too great at the ring game

Mom was feeling a little crabby after 3 blowouts and a forgotten stroller!

Our festivities continued with Pumpkin Carving and dinner at the McNamara's!

The boys carved pumpkins

Maddie chilled in the high chair, before she turned a little witchy

and the moms drank beer and ate pumpkin bars :)

Finally on Halloween we started by trick-or-treating at a few neighbors

Gavin and Siena

and we found the cutest dragon I've ever seen!

Gavin's favorite part was handing out candy...we sat out on the porch and he would yell..."Kids, Come here I've got M&M's" He LOVED when the kids came and by the end we had to help him "ration" the candy! Holidays are so much more fun now that Gavin really gets it!
